Kids Nutrition Game #3 – Make a Plate (No Measure)

Review food groups and examples of each. Discuss balance in the sense of having some of each group (protein, carbs, fat) to create a meal.

On “GO” kids run to pick any food they want, bring it back to their plate, and do the movement for that food group. Once they’re all back and done, “GO” again releases them to get another food. After 3-4 rounds they should have a complete plate. Review their plates and try again if needed.
