If your holidays were as good as mine, you may be looking to clean your nutrition up in the new year. Well…you’re in luck because we’re kicking off 2019 with the “Build Your Foundation” Nutrition Challenge!
Nutrition is the foundation of your health and fitness, but even those of us that hit the gym regularly forget that what we eat determines how we look, feel, and perform in every aspect of our lives. Or sometimes we simply slip for a little while and need some support getting back on track. Whether you want to learn how to plan and prepare healthy meals, or you’re just looking for the motivation to clean up your diet after your holiday binge, this challenge can help you.
The purpose of the challenge is to provide you with the information you need to make good decisions around your nutrition and the effect what you eat has on your health and well-being. Most nutrition challenges give you a meal plan to follow for a short time, then leave you to fall back into your old habits as soon as the challenge is over. Our goal with this challenge will be to TEACH you how to create your own meal plan, and the emphasis will be on developing the healthy habits that will keep your nutrition on point year round.
There will be a competitive aspect to this challenge, that will reward those people that can show consistency with the nutrition habits that result in that lean, healthy physique you want. So if you can stay committed to incorporating healthy habits in your life, you’ll have to chance to win some sweet prizes! There will be on-going support in the form of weekly check-ins with a coach and social support using social media to interact and ask questions of others in the challenge. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the challenge, and we’ll host a party for everyone that completes the challenge!
The challenge starts with a kick-off session on Saturday January 5 at 10:30am, and will run for 6 weeks ending on Saturday February 16. Cost is $100. Make sure to get signed up and reserve your spot today!
