Games – Dodgeball (No Measure)

Split into two teams. Each team remains on one half of an area set up with cones. One less dodgeball then number of players sits on the center line of the play area. On “go”, each team races to the center line to grab a ball. The goal is to hit a player on the other side with a ball. If hit, player has to perform any number of any movement the coach chooses (eg – 3 burpees) before re-entering the game.
