Games – Pizza Delivery (No Measure)

Each player starts with an AbMat or other flat object that serves as their pizza. Everyone must hold their pizza in one hand, open palm, face up, without grabbing, pinching, or otherwise stabilizing the pizza. On ‘Go’ everyone tries to knock down everyone else’s pizza without losing their own. If a player drops or has their pizza knocked down, or pinches or grabs their pizza, they must do some number of punishment movements (eg – 3 Burpees, 5 Squats, etc)
