Games – Tornado Tag (No Measure)
All players form a circle with arms over each other’s shoulders, except one player designated as “IT” who stays outside the circle. One player inside the circle is chose to be the target. On “Go”, the player who’s it attempts to tag the target. The other players circle around left and right to keep the target away from the player who is it. If the target gets tagged, everyone in the circle does some punishment movements (burpees, squats, etc.). If the target cannot be tagged within the time limit (30s or 60s), the player who was it must do the movements. Then switch places and go again.
