Met Con – 5 Rounds for max Distance

Everyone* – 7 Sandbag Squats + Max distance Sandbag Carry

Rest as needed

 

*We will be choosing a weight appropriate for each individual at the beginning of the workout. Sandbag carries should immediately follow the last squat without putting the sandbag down.
