Fit 55+ is a group class for those looking for more focus on basic strength movements, balance, and a “lighter” version of our regular group programming.

We take out all of the higher skill gymnastics, explosive movements, and focus on squatting, lifting, pressing, and moving your own body weight in a lower intensity environment. This program is intended for those looking for maintaining strength for the long run.
