Individual Design programming is for qualified individuals, and gives you the personally customized fitness programming of Private training, but in a more flexible schedule to fit your needs. The programming is based completely on your specific fitness goals, and delivered to you via email. The workouts can be performed anywhere, but gym access during open hours is included with this membership. There is not as much direct contact with your coach, as the workouts are performed on your own. This option is perfect for those that travel often but want to stay on track with their own goals, anyone that can’t make their schedule work with in-house hours of their coach, or those who are highly motivated but prefer to work alone. Because of the lower level of accountability and oversight in the workouts, qualified individuals are those that have shown the ability to manage their own workouts to their coach, and shown proficiency in moving safely and effectively.
