Strength – Snatch + Clean and Jerk

  • We will treat this like a mock weightlifting meet. You will get 3 attempts to max out the snatch, followed by 3 attempts at the clean and jerk. Everyone will warm up together and select opening weights. We will use the platforms for the lifting and warm ups elsewhere in the gym. The weight on the bar will not be decreased, so the order of lifters will be determined by the weights you are attempting.
