I found my passion for fitness through playing rugby and training to stay healthy in a very rough sport. Now I enjoy using those same techniques to just stay healthy for my family and for myself.
Fitness is an avenue to teach many lessons on living better, not the least of which is to never put limitations on yourself, physical or otherwise. This will creep into every part of your life, and you will find yourself stuck in the same spot for years. There are no limitations to your potential, only plateaus. And you must not stay there, you must keep moving forward.
