Starting today, we will be posting the daily programming in three distinct tiers. These separate tiers are designed to help you decide how to scale the workouts according to your own goals. The programming will not change from what you’ve seen in the past, this is just a new method to help you figure out scaling of workouts on your own. If you have any questions about the programming, please let me know and I’ll be glad to help you out.
